Thinking about what to publish on Facebook we always think of 2 or 3 types of posts to use. In reality there are really a lot of contents to be able to insert.
That's why I decided to show you 8 types of Facebook posts that you can use.
The only limit is your fantasy.

1-State

It is the most classic Facebook content, but not less interesting. You can write from 1 to 63,206 characters, really giving free rein to your imagination. Currently it is possible to insert backgrounds, emojis, moods, ongoing activities, register in one place and many other activities. Don't underestimate this tool to communicate with your fans or customers.

2-Photographs

This too is content that can be called classic on Facebook and has specific size rules. Once you have chosen the photo to upload, you can use 7 filters that Facebook makes available to you, cut out the image, add text or nice stickers. You can tag your friends to make them participate in the publication. From mobile you can also insert frames and lighting effects. In short, you just have to have fun editing your photos and making them original!

3-Video

They have entered the Facebook landscape in a preponderant way for some years now. They certainly represent the most usable type of post, with a future that looks increasingly rosy. You can insert your videos in the same way in which images are published. And as for the first ones, also in this case you can accompany your content to a text. This will allow you to describe your video, but be careful not to give too many details, but leave a little curiosity to the reader!

4-Link

These are status updates that contain a hyperlink that leads to a web page. For this type of post just copy the URL of interest into the status update bar. It will automatically load a preview of the page to which the link refers. This post allows you to not only talk about yourself, but to share interesting and valuable content with other users.

5-Answer a question

Currently among the various options suggested in the status bar there is "answer a question". I find it a fun way  to let people know who you are.  Like all tools, it should be used sparingly and not superficially.

6-Gif

I love gifs! They make a static content extremely expressive and dynamic. They can be used to express more effectively what you want to communicate.

7-Polls

You can create a survey by entering two options . For these you can choose a text, a photo or a gif. You can also choose how long the survey should last. You can use it to find out what topic your fans prefer , what they want to know about you and your business, or to know their opinion  on a specific topic.

8-List

You can create a list covering various topics. A nice and little used way to talk about you, your passions, your dreams!

5 tips to create the website of your clothing store

To expand the business of your clothing store you need to open a website: here's what to do to make it perfect
The clothing sector is the one that has suffered the most from the economic crisis of the past years. To further complicate the business, then, many e-commerce have arrived that allow you to buy various garments and shoes directly from the desk at home at prices usually lower than those of a shop.
This does not mean that there is no hope for medium-small sellers. On the contrary: thanks to the web they can manage to increase their turnover and increase the volume of sales. The important thing is to be able to carve out - or better yet, create your own commercial niche and take advantage of all the opportunities that the Network offers.
Creating a site with e-commerce , therefore, is the starting point for a clothing store that wants to see its online presence grow. To be successful in such a competitive sector, however, it is necessary to follow some precautions to create an attractive website and use the tools available on the Net.
Invest in SEO
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and indicates the strategies used to emerge on search engines. If you want to be successful with your e-commerce you cannot ignore the investment in SEO : obtaining traffic from the search engines allows you to make your website and shop known and to increase sales and turnover.
Adopting a good SEO strategy is not easy and you need to invest some time on the subject. First of all you need to choose which keywords want to position your website. It is preferable, at least at the beginning, to focus on a niche market so that the results arrive faster. The keywords to focus on must contain the characteristics of the products we sell. For example, if we are a vintage clothing store, the most important keywords are "vintage clothing store"; "Cheap vintage clothes", "vintage 50s clothes". To choose which keywords to "invest" you can use free programs such as Answerthepublic or the Google Keyword Planner.
Quality and live photos
Photos make the difference between success and failure. Especially when it comes to clothes and clothes. One of the main problems to be overcome when dealing with a clothing e-commerce site is the difficulty of users in choosing the size and understanding how the shirt is made. For this reason we advise you to take pictures "live", with "real" models (you may also ask your family and friends for help) that show how the shirts, trousers and everything you have for sale are made. Do not forget to check the light in the photos: dark images do not invite you to buy.
Newsletter
One way to involve your customers is to send them periodic emails where you are notified of new arrivals and promotions. The newsletter is one of the easiest ways to attract traffic to their website . But to send the e-mails it is necessary to obtain the consent and the e-mail address of the users / customers.
Who we are and geolocation
One of the secrets to being successful with an e-commerce is the relationship of trust that is established with users / customers. For this reason it is necessary to create an ad hoc page to describe "who we are" and where the physical location of the shop is located. In this way, if the user / customer lives nearby, he can go to the store and see the dress he wanted to buy live (and why decide to buy two products instead of one).

Open a bar: Our complete guide to get started tomorrow!

You are determined to do it, but you do not know where to start. This guide is a list of steps to follow, clearly describing all aspects of starting a bar with examples, details, tips, and great ideas.
Ready to take another step towards opening the bar of your dreams? Let's start right away.
If you want to regain control over your life, live your passion and become your own boss by opening a bar , I highly recommend the Method which will help you achieve these results:
  1. A timeline & a guideline for opening a bar (you will no longer feel lost, you will know where to go and how to get started)
  2. Avoid beginner traps (and save thousands of Euros)
  3. Raise funds and obtain financing from your bank to finance your bar
  4. A unique organizational tool (you just have to follow and apply my advice to get started)
  5. Considerable time savings (gain more than 10 years of experience)
  6. A network & a community of people who look like YOU
  7. The assurance of setting up a reliable and profitable bar (thanks to a method that I myself applied to all of my projects, and also applied by all the entrepreneurs I was able to meet)
Open a bar: decide what types of bar you want to open.
The first essential step before you start is to decide what type of bar you would like to run. Here is a brief overview of the different types of bars.
Neighborhood bar: Small comfortable establishments where locals come for a drink on Friday evening. It has this friendly “home-like” atmosphere and most likely you will get to know all of the regulars.
Startup costs depend largely on your location and the type of Bar license you decide to buy (beer and wine only or alcohol too).
How much would it cost to open such a bar? You can buy an existing one or create a from scratch. Your income would depend heavily on the location and capacity of the bar. However, one of the main advantages of starting a neighborhood bar is that you can duplicate it in any other place and double the profits.
Sports bar: Compared to neighborhood bars, sports bars usually offer a wider variety of food on the menu - pizza, sandwiches, and other appetizers to keep the crowd full during games. If you want to open your own bar, you will need to invest in a few wide-screen TVs, decent sound, and most likely satellite TV, since the percentage of your income depends heavily on the technology you use. Your customers come with the intention of having fun together while watching a sport, even on the big screen. In addition, to entertain the audience, you can add video games and sports games to keep your customers engaged. The potential income depends on the location, capacity and concept of your bar.
Beer bar: Beer bars offer a wide choice of different beers with appetizers and snacks on the menu. Breweries generally offer a few types of their own draft beer with a few selections of bottled beers. With a beer bar, you also have the ability to control what you produce and the amount of product you produce.
The advantages of starting a beer bar are that you will spend less money and effort to get the license. Another major benefit for those who want to open such a bar - men and young adults drink beer more often than any other alcoholic drink, which means you will always have customers.
Open a bar: create your concept
Once you have agreed on the type of bar you would like to own, you should decide on the concept. You must have a clear vision of what your establishment would be down to the smallest detail.
Why?
- This will help you stay focused on the bar.
- It will help your future guests to describe it to others and spread the word.
The concept must adapt to both your location and the market. Do you already have a location in mind? Work backwards and think of a place that the local community will like.
Possible concepts - a theme bar on the beach; a cocktail pairing bar; a high-end and sophisticated martini bar for women, etc.
Don't limit yourself first and list even the wildest ideas. Do your research and visit various establishments in your area. Check out their concepts; think about what they are missing or what you would have done differently.
Understand who their customers are and how you can attract them. Remember to differentiate yourself above all, there is no point in duplicating what already exists in your neighborhood or the neighborhood of choice.

Now, as you have a general idea of the type of bar you would like to open, it's time to move on to more complex questions - decide the structure of your future business!
Open a bar: identify the structure of your business
You have the concept, you have the money, you are ready to take action. The next crucial point for opening a bar is to decide the best option for you: buy an existing bar, build your own bar, renovate or buy a franchise. Let's take a look at each of them.
Purchase of an existing bar
Tip number 1 here - do your research ahead of time before taking over. Here are some ways to find out everything about the place you intend to buy:
Become a regular. Observe customers and staff; start a conversation with a few people to ask them for their general impressions of the place. In this way, you will likely get a lot of unbiased and truthful information.
- Ask the right type of questions - Is the installation clean? How well organized are the staff? Do they pay enough attention to customers or are they also attentive to the needs of their servers? What customers say about the atmosphere, food, cleanliness, etc.
- Consult about your investment. Usually, a fair price for a bar is equivalent to the amount of gross revenue for a year. However, this can vary greatly depending on location and other factors, including the seller's motivation to sell the location and the general state of the economy. Consult with your lawyer or accountant regarding the transaction.
You should also compare the bar inventory to the actual sales volume to make sure you get the right numbers for a year's gross revenue.
Make a complete inventory before and after the purchase. You must make sure that you get everything indicated in the contract before and after the pick-up.
Open a bar: choose the right equipment
Now that you have a general overview of your menu in mind, it's time to stock up on furniture & equipment! Think about what your customers would like to see. Do they prefer decor to comfort? Do they want to be in a minimalist, design or chic decor?
Here are some more important questions to ask yourself before purchasing your equipment:
1. Does it improve bar production or service?
2. Does it meet your expectations in terms of speed, volume and quality?
3. Do you have enough space to install it?
4. Does this correspond to the concept of your bar?
5. Is it safe and easy to use?
6. Does it resist the use and abuse of your staff and / or customers?
7. Are there additional installation / maintenance costs?
8. How easy is it to clean?
Example of a question to ask yourself that is not very important: How many glasses do you need? Well, it depends on the size of your room and the approximate number of customers per day. The average number is around 18 types of glasses from 12 to 48 of each type for an establishment which serves 50 to 75 customers every two hours.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) anti Covid-19

We are hearing about this Coronavirus too much, but it is good to repeat the good rules that help to stop the spread and above all to protect ourselves.

The washing and hand disinfection are the key to prevent infection. You should wash your hands often and thoroughly with soap and water for at least 60 seconds and then dry thoroughly.

If soap and water are not available, you can also use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer ( alcohol concentration of at least 70%).

The heart of the precautionary action is the reduction of the contagion opportunities ( interpersonal distancing of at least 1 meter). Social distancing includes avoiding hugs, kisses, handshakes with guests, as well as between staff members. The recommended minimum distance is one meter, and it is advisable to avoid or keep anyone who coughs or sneezes as far away as possible.

Respiratory hygiene means the behavior to be followed when coughing or sneezing. It is recommended to cover yourself with your elbow, or preferably with a disposable handkerchief (which must then be thrown away immediately).

Use of the mask at any time of the day (The use of the mask helps to limit the spread of the virus but must be adopted in addition to other measures of respiratory and hand hygiene).

In the absence of masks, although not provided for by any provision, the adoption of full face shields could be useful healthcare products for sale.

Dimensions for social media content in 2020

Social presence is no longer chosen. A company or a professional who is not present on social networks is practically non-existent.

Social channels give us the opportunity to make ourselves known to potential customers, making it clear who we are, how we work, what can be expected of us and our services or products.
You know, however, that you have to live on social networks in a way that is professional, strategic and not just left to chance.

Now you will think “but how? Social networks were born to socialize! "
I couldn't agree more with you! But we must not forget that we are professionals, businessmen and businesswoman and that for us these are (also) work tools.
The first attention you need to have to convey all your professionalism to the potential customer is respect for the size of the content you publish on your channels.
When you share your blog article on Facebook (why do you have a real blog? If not, immediately remedy by writing me here ), did you notice that the photo you publish is cut in a way that you cannot control? Here, this happens because each platform has dimensions to be respected based on the type of content you want to publish and the social media you are working on.
If you are curious to find out immediately what they are, click on the button to download the guide!
If, on the other hand, you don't really know which images to publish because you would like beautiful photos, but you do not want to violate any copyright.

Let's analyze one social network at a time:

Facebook

The formats that concern this social are:
Profile picture: 180 x 180 pixels
Cover:  820 x 310 pixels
Links shared in posts:  1,200 x 628 pixels
Photos:  1,200 x 628 pixels
Event image:  1,920 x 1,080 pixels
Group cover:  1,640 x 859 pixels

Facebook hosts an immense amount of images and for this reason its algorithm is programmed to compress every image being uploaded. This operation is particularly evident when the images are loaded in the .jpg format, hand when they are in the .png format. I therefore recommend that you use the latter format to avoid losing quality for your photo.
Whichever format you decide to create, if you need to insert text in your image, I recommend placing it in the center of the photo, so as to be sure of its readability.

Instagram

I can't deny that this is my absolute favorite social! I always try to take care of my profile with great care, starting from the size of the contents.
Profile photo:  110 x 110 pixels
Square format:  1080 x 1080 pixels
Vertical format:  1080 x 1350 pixels
Horizontal format:  1080 x 566 pixels
Stories: 1080 x 1920 pixels
On Instagram the images have particular relevance, but do not underestimate the importance of your profile photo!
Remember that it will be displayed in a circle: leave an adequate margin from the outline of the photo to ensure that your photo is perfectly visible.

LinkedIn

Social born as a professional platform that over time has seen more and more increase the integration of visual content, so much so that it resembled a first look at Facebook. Being intended for professional contacts, the professional profile picture should preferably be your logo
Profile photo:  400 x 400 pixels
Cover:  1584 x 396 pixels
Post:  520 x 320 pixels
Twitter
"What's going on in the world and what people are talking about right now."
So Twitter shows up before getting to the heart of the guide to using social media. Here are the main dimensions for making the best use of the contents of this social network.
Profile photo:  400 x 400 pixels
Cover:  1500 x 500 pixels
Contents:  1024 x 512 pixels

Pinterest

A truly strategic tool to promote products or services especially for those who work with images and illustrations; a rich source of inspiration for those who work in creative and modern areas.
Here are the dimensions of the contents on this social:
Profile photo:  165 x 165px
Pin:  width 236 for a minimum height of 600 pixels

Youtube

As you already know, the content of this social network is not images, but videos. Also for this type of content it is important (perhaps even more) to respect the dimensions:
Channel profile photo:  800 x 800 pixels
Cover:  2560 x 1440 pixels
Video:  16: 9 aspect ratio
Video thumbnails: 1280 x 720 pixels
It is not easy to remember all these different dimensions for each social network and type of content, for this reason I thought of giving you an infographic with all the dimensions, to always keep on hand to never make mistakes!

Respect for these dimensions is even more important when you create paid sponsorship content on social media. It would be really annoying to spend entire hours creating the perfect content for your advertising and then realizing that the image is cut off.
If you don't want to waste your time and go on the safe side, I can help you! Read also for Social Media Marketing .
